AsianFin -- Sembcorp Industries, a leading Singapore-based energy company, announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Sembcorp Power, has signed a second renewable energy power purchase agreement (PPA) with U.S.-based data center provider Equinix. Under the 15-year agreement, starting in 2029, Sembcorp will provide up to 58.5 MWp of power. Currently, Sembcorp is Singapore's largest solar energy supplier. This partnership further strengthens its position in the renewable energy market while supporting Equinix's sustainability goals.
