"In the era of AI, don't hesistate but to teach our kids how to use AI," Ma remarked, pointing out that the key issue for educators today is not whether to use AI, but how to teach children to use AI effectively. He explained that the introduction of AI into education should not be about having children compete with machines on tasks like calculation and memory, but rather about nurturing curiosity. According to Ma, curiosity is the true source of computational power, and it is this curiosity, rather than technical skills alone, that will fuel a child’s learning and development in the AI age.
