ByteDance's subsidiary, Beijing Quantum Leap Technology Co., Ltd., has become the shareholder of Yitu (Shenzhen) Technology Co., Ltd.
Wuhu Jishi Xianqi Future Venture Capital Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) was added as new shareholders on Tuesday.
In line with this corporate change, the company’s registered capital increased from approximately 1.51 million yuan to 1.67 million yuan.
Founded in October 2023, Yitu (Shenzhen) Technology is led by Wu Xiaohang, with a business focus on the manufacturing and sales of automotive parts and accessories, as well as intelligent in-vehicle devices. The newly registered shareholders join existing investors, including Wu Xiaohang and Suzhou Getu Technology Partnership (Limited Partnership), in backing the company’s growth.
