NextFin News -- Konka Group, once the “King of Color TVs,” plans to delist from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on September 4 after posting a 2025 net loss of 12.58 billion yuan and remaining insolvent, offering shareholders a cash exit option.
Konka announced on August 27 that the company intends to proactively withdraw its A-shares and B-shares from trading on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange through a resolution of the shareholders' meeting.
After the termination of the listing, the company's shares will be transferred to the delisting section of the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ) for trading.
The company's stock will be suspended from trading starting September 4, 2026, until it is delisted within five trading days following the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's announcement of the termination of listing. If the termination of listing is not approved by the shareholders' meeting, the company will apply for the resumption of trading from the date of the announcement of the shareholders' meeting resolution.
