Participants include Fosun Capital, Taiping Innovation Investment and GF Xinde, with existing shareholders such as Source Code Capital also increasing their stakes. The round follows a Series B financing earlier in 2026.
DeepCtrls, based in Nanjing, develops physical AI systems for energy efficiency, intelligent control and infrastructure optimization serving data centers, semiconductors and new-energy facilities. Proceeds will support continued research, product scaling and market expansion.
