According to reports, two companies named DeepSeek—Deepseek Limited and DEEPSEEK (HK) LIMITED—were registered in Hong Kong on February 5. Both are private limited companies.
Additionally, it was noted that DeepSeek’s parent company, Hangzhou DeepSeek Artificial Intelligence Technology Research Co., Ltd., has successfully registered multiple DeepSeek trademarks, covering international categories such as social law, design research, and scientific instruments.
