Shawn Zhao, President of the Campus Network Domain at Huawei's Data Communication Product Line, explained that the Galaxy AI Campus solution redefines campus protection by encompassing four key security dimensions: asset security, transmission security, spatial security, and privacy security.
Asset security is achieved through AI-powered endpoint clustering and a comprehensive fingerprint database, enabling 100% identification of endpoint assets. AI-driven traffic feature detection identifies abnormal endpoint behavior within 30 seconds and automatically controls it within 1 second, ensuring full visibility and control over enterprise assets.
Transmission security is enhanced by Huawei's proprietary Wi-Fi Shield technology, which uses AI-based signal scrambling to eliminate data eavesdropping risks at the physical layer. Additionally, end-to-end MACsec encryption and post-quantum cryptographic algorithms secure wired network transmissions. These capabilities have been adopted by over 100 government and financial institutions worldwide.
Spatial security leverages wireless access points equipped with channel state information sensing and AI algorithms to detect micro-motions at centimeter-level accuracy, enabling 24/7 human presence detection in privacy-sensitive areas without the use of cameras.
Privacy security is reinforced by Huawei's spycam-detecting access points, which use AI feature matching algorithms to identify 110 camera models from 62 global brands. This technology detects hidden cameras operating via Wi-Fi, cellular networks, or local storage and provides real-time alerts.
