MiniMax's Hai Luo AI creative video platform allows users to generate videos by uploading images and text. This lawsuit marks the first known legal action initiated by a major domestic video platform against AI video large models for copyright infringement. iQIYI has stated that the case is still in legal proceedings and cannot disclose further details, while MiniMax has not yet responded to the matter.
