NextFin News — Xiamen Keytop Communications Technology Co., Ltd., also known as Keytop Parking, filed plans on Wednesday to raise approximately HK$400 million ($51 million) through a Hong Kong initial public offering.
The company intends to issue 10.1 million shares at HK$39.55 each, with listing scheduled for June 26. China International Capital Corp and Minsheng Capital serve as joint sponsors.
The proceeds will support the smart parking solutions provider’s expansion in intelligent parking systems, operations and related technologies. The IPO marks Keytop’s latest attempt to go public in Hong Kong after previous efforts.
The move reflects continued capital market interest in China’s smart infrastructure and IoT sectors. It highlights investor appetite for companies bridging hardware, software and operational services in urban parking management. Market participants will watch the debut for signals on valuation appetite for specialized technology firms in the Chinese Mainland’s smart city ecosystem, amid broader trends in capital allocation toward AI-enabled infrastructure and digital transformation plays.
