NextFin News — Mech-Mind Robotics Technologies Co., Ltd. plans to raise as much as HK$2.35 billion through a Hong Kong initial public offering of about 23.14 million H shares, according to its prospectus filed with the stock exchange.
The shares are being offered in a price range of HK$95.30 to HK$101.70 each. The company, which develops AI-powered 3D vision systems and software for industrial robots, expects the shares to begin trading on Sept. 1 under the stock code 09615. CITIC CLSA and CITIC Securities are acting as joint sponsors.
Mech-Mind, based in Xiongan New Area, supplies vision solutions used in automotive, logistics, consumer electronics and other manufacturing applications for tasks such as sorting, assembly and quality inspection. Proceeds are intended to fund research and development, product expansion, global commercialization and related purposes.
