AsianFin – Nvidia’s employee turnover rate in China is the lowest globally, with an annual attrition rate of just 0.9%, said Jesen Huang during its New Year celebration in Beijing on January 19.
Huang stressed Nvidia’s long-standing presence in China, saying that many people are unaware that Nvidia has been in China for 25 years. The company currently employs nearly 4,000 staff across Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen.
