Those who refuse or evade registration or medical examinations, as well as organizations obstructing the process, will face legal action if non-compliance persists after education.
Government agencies, enterprises, and organizations are required to facilitate registration and ensure employees complete the process. Participation in military registration will be regarded as work attendance for eligible citizens in employment.
The military service registration for 2025 officially began on January 1, 2025. Those who have already completed their military service registration and are interested in joining the military can directly participate in the online recruitment registration. Fulfilling military service and completing the registration are honorable duties and sacred responsibilities for every eligible citizen.
According to China's Military Service Law, the country implements a military service registration system. Male citizens who turn 18 by December 31 of the current year are required by law to complete their military service registration.
