Taiwan to Assess TSMC's U.S. Investment, Says Taiwan Official

TSMC has unveiled plans for a new $100 billion investment in the United States, which includes constructing five additional chip manufacturing facilities in the coming years. The announcement was made by the company's CEO alongside U.S. President Donald Trump on Monday.
