NextFin News — The 2026 World Robot Conference opened Wednesday in Beijing and will run through Sunday at the Beiren Etrong International Exhibition and Convention Center in the Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area.
Organized by the Chinese Institute of Electronics and the World Robot Cooperation Organization under the theme “Human-Robot Symbiosis, Production Demand Convergence,” the event features more than 300 exhibitors displaying over 2,000 exhibits, including more than 150 products making their global debut. The roughly 50,000-square-meter exhibition space is divided into specialized halls and, for the first time, includes a dedicated zone for centrally administered state-owned enterprises.
The five-day program comprises an opening ceremony, multiple main forums, the World Robot Expo, competitions and themed days focused on releases, procurement, developers and public access. International participation accounts for about 30 percent of main-forum speakers, with support from nearly 30 global organizations. Chinese robotics enterprises generated more than RMB 300 billion in revenue in 2025, reflecting sustained double-digit annual growth.
