AsianFin -- Hackers stole the personal data of about 1.1 million Allianz Life customers in a July breach, according to the breach-tracking site Have I Been Pwned.
The U.S. insurer confirmed last month that attackers accessed a cloud-based customer relationship database containing information on most of its 1.4 million customers and employees. Allianz has not disclosed the exact number of people impacted.
