"Tiangong" Robot Upgraded to Climb Stairs and Run on Complex Terrain

AsianFin -- Beijing Guodi Joint Innovation Center for Embodied Intelligent Robotics announced that its "Tiangong" robot has successfully completed outdoor terrain tests, climbing multiple stairs and reaching the highest point in Haizi Wall Park, Tongzhou District, Beijing. This marks the global first humanoid robot capable of climbing multiple steps in real outdoor environments.

Currently, the "Tiangong" robot can reach speeds of up to 12 km/h. In addition to its enhanced running speed, it is also capable of navigating various complex terrains such as sand, snow, and slopes at high speed, becoming the first humanoid robot in the world to run on snow.
